Paula spent the first fifteen years of her career as a consulting actuary in Atlanta working for well known top global companies such as Hazlehurst & Associates, Inc., Northern Trust Retirement Consulting, LLP, and Hewitt Associates, Inc. Her responsibilities included managing a book of business for clients who were located all over the country, as well as Canada and the U.K., including both the largest and the smallest private sector clients for whom services were provided. Beginning July 1, 2003 Paula has worked solely in the public sector. Paula has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Georgia and is an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.

Chad Little has specialized in public pension systems since 1994. He has worked on pension plans of all sizes ranging from small local firefighter plans to the Texas Municipal Retirement System. He is known for his creativity (with words, not numbers!) and ability to effectively communicate pension concepts to both trustees and participants. Chad has a Bachelors of Science in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University and is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA.
